After being on the lot of a few mins Lloyd came to greet us! Mentioned it was a busy day but was able to chat for a few mins - I mentioned I have never drove a Mazda and was curious and within 5 mins he gave me keys and said take her for a spin. There is great ride but unfortunately did not suit my needs. When I came back and explained he understood and was not trying to push me into a different option. He did mention that they have a wide-used inventory across the area and shared the link for me to check that out. Llyod was kind with a great personality. If I find something on the used site - I will be reaching out to Llyod directly!

I took my Mazda CX 9 in for a diagnosis, not only did they do a video showing me the issue, but they sent me a list and allowed me to choose what I wanted fixed that day, there was no pressure, no pushyness, just comfort, incredibly friendly staff, especially Connor Stephen, I highly recommend Mazda of Hamilton for any repairs you may need.
