Hi, Service Coordinator Connor S. has provided excellent "customer satisfaction" (a step above customer service) all 3 times I have had my new CX30 in for service. Always a pleasant greeting, big smile & a demeanour that makes you feel like you are special. Upper James Mazda is lucky to have him. Most recently I had a nasty 4" scratch on my new vehicle that I couldn't fix. Connor introduced me to Damian in the body shop who provided a miracle. Looks brand new. Thank you to both young men. Excellent service from Mazda of Hamilton, as always! They were running a little behind schedule, but they made sure it didn’t affect my day at all. They arranged an Uber to drop me off and another one to pick me up once my car was ready, which made everything very convenient and kept me on schedule. The team was professional, helpful, and really took care of everything. This is the kind of customer service that keeps you coming back. Couldn’t ask for anything more. Highly recommend Mazda of Hamilton!

My mom recently purchased a Mazda3 hatchback. This is the first Mazda purchase in our family. My mom was treated very kindly and personally from the first moment of contact with anyone on the lot. Dutch was our salesperson and we cannot not say enough good things about the service provided. Dutch was kind, attentive to my mom’s needs and questions. He was the consistent point of contact from the beginning of the journey to the day of pick up. We have no doubt at all when or if any questions arise, we will receive the same calibre of care.
